Norfin and Zetland were the protagonists of the latest operation in Portugal: the acquisition of the duo portfolio for 65 million euro from Caixa Geral de Depósitos.

This portfolio consists of office buildings spread across several cities, such as Lisbon and Porto, with a total combined area of 194.719 sqm.

CBRE was the consultant chosen by the seller to advise on this operation.
